Centrifugal Grinding / Polishing Benefits:
Equipped with several centrifugal designed rotating finishing barrels. The processing efficiency is 10 times higher than traditional horizontal type.
Inner working barrel is coated with rubber / PU lining resists acid, alkaline, abrasion and eliminate the impingement of collision.
Equipped with inverter, the machine has step-less rotation rate control system which enables the auto-timing rotation transition, set up individual preferable (CW & CCW) rotation, and adjust speed of rotation.
Equipped with auto-timing rotation change (CW & CCW) setting system, (CW & CCW) rotation function, CW & CCW positioning control, and electric control braking system to advance operation convenience.
Equipped with variable speed changes, breaker, positioning slight movement, and timer system. The ease and safety of operation are assured.
The total loading capacity is more than 60% of total cylinder capacity.

Features
PRINCIPLE:
High Speed centrifugal finish machine is driven by high speed & powerful motor; the driving shafts push forward four grinding cylinders. Utilize the principle of main & individual rotation and mechanical transmission driving power to generate strong centrifugal power.
While cylinders are rotating, the force of gravity makes the mixture to slide from the higher to lower position and creates a sliding layer as well as producing cutting force to achieve processing requirement for working parts. The workpieces can be grinded and polished in short working time with better efficiency.

Applicable Workpieces:
Ferrous materials (Stainless steel, steel, copper, zinc, aluminum...etc.) have been formed by pressing, casting, forging, and powder metallurgy.
Use centrifugal grinding machine to treat / polish workpieces before hand polishing and electroplate process. Applicable workpieces such as, decorative fittings, bath fittings, medical instruments, cutlery, hardware, hand tools, handicrafts, buttons, badge, buckle, casting and forging piece, electronic parts, car accessories, sports equipment, press workpieces, bearing parts, CNC processing part, airplane equipment accessories. Mainly for creating finest surface of small and precision parts and components such as, pin, glasses frame, computer components, spiral parts...etc.
