All ROTAR-made professional vibratory finishing machines are designed for contributing highest working and maximum efficiency and maximum durability, from Full-Flow Octagonal Rotary Barrel Finishing series, High Efficiency 3-Dimensional Vibratory Finishing series, Vibratory Sieving series, to Dry Dehydrating series are comes to you with one year factory-warranty. Under the standard operation and routine maintenances, ROTAR guaranties to deliver free repair services and parts replacement if the machine is damaged or resulted in a breakdown. But if the loss of machine functions or other incidental damages by ROTAR technical inspection are due to the improper operation by customers; then all cost of labor, machine repairing and parts replacement should be fully responsible by customers. For any enquiry, ROTAR will always enthusiastically provide customers with a complete and high efficient service/solution.
| Common problems that are NOT covered by the ROTAR Warranty |
| • | Misconnection of Power Supply: The misconnection of high voltage power supply can result in a severe damage to the converters or machines motors. |
| • | Unstable and Bumpy Location of Placement: A poor machine's placement on the unstable and bumpy location can cause irregular vibration; and that affects the processing quality of the workpiece and decrease working efficiency since irrational impact and friction occur. After a long period of time, the spring and motor and the structure of the machine are most like to be damaged. |
| • | Inverter or Electric Controlling Panel is Damp: Always be careful when using water to clean the machine barrel or the working site. If the water is incidentally sprayed on or splashed into the inverter or the electric controlling panel, the severe damp can be led to a short circuit easily. |
| • | Not Using ROTAR Recommended Grease on Routine Lubrication Maintenance: To use ROTAR factory-recommended high quality grease on routine lubrication can assure the high level performance of machine. If customers choose other brands and/or specifications of grease, the motor service life of the machine can be shortened and the bearing system can be damaged easily while operational efficiency is under performance. |
