For more than a decade, 
vibratory machines have polished and put numerous finished products on the shelves in stores all over the world. The beautiful and refined finishes of various products have always drawn each client's attention and created strong images for many well-known brands of products while the sales of the products have also increased and seemed almost to be unstoppable.
Tracing the history back to the 19th century, the company is closely related to the machinery manufacture, which still provides an important technology basis for our polishing development. It began in 1975 with a lathe workshop in Thichung, which the company founder, Mr. Chiao Wei, rebuilt in 1981 after being a lathe manufacturing apprentice. The first polishing machine Mr. Wei brought into the world was created during the period.
In 1995, the family owned company purchased real estate and buildings of vibratory finish processing centre and machinery manufacturing base Ta Li in central Taiwan, where ROTAR provides finish processing services and its ROTAR vibratory machine assembly bases dedicated to polishing machines and continued to develop and produce comprehensive vibratory finishing systems, media, solutions and an extensive range of finish compounds as well in the same year.
Vibratory finishing industry boosted up in a few years later. Meanwhile, there was a great success in the sales of polishing equipments, media and compounds and it led the organization to a new expansion. Years later, ROTAR transformed to an international corporation after constantly striving for providing customers the most satisfactory polishing packages and services.
In 1997 and 1998, by breaking through the traditional vibratory processing technology, ROTAR were approved by DIN EN 9002 certificate and awarded CE Mark from the German TUV Rheinland and Taiwan certificate of Excellence from its home country.
