Establishment- ROTAR GROUP is founded by the president, Mr. Chiao Wei in 1981.During the early start, Rotar Machinery Industrial Co., Ltd. engaged in business activities included assembling machines and lathe processing. In the second year, the company opened up a vibratory finish processing department. This newly developed vibratory finish processing department became the major business and has continued to grow. Until present, Rotar Machinery Industrial Co., Ltd is the largest vibratory finish processing company in Southeastern Asia.
Philosophy- Our company has applied both integrity and customer oriented management philosophies to market Rotar/Toptul products. The concept of “Think Users” enables our R&D department to innovate various types of high efficiency finishing machines and contributes great technology advancement in professional hand tool manufacture. Our achievement not only benefits Taiwan hand tool industry to move forward to the number one hand tool exporting country in the world, but our surface finishing technology also creates outstanding quality and excellent surface finishing for TOPTUL TOOL to compete with global rivals effectively.
